Yoga Buddies is presented by Youth Alliance Yoga, a division of BBKY. In Yoga Buddies, we cultivate a joyful and peaceful atmosphere for exploring yoga and mindfulness. Each class includes deep breaths, soothing stretches, and playful movements. Participants build friendships through kid-friendly discussions about identity and fairness.

Students registered for this atelier can stay at school until 6pm by registering for the Extended Day option.
