A Journey into French Creativity designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years, alongside their parents. Join us and explore the world of art while discovering the beauty of the French language. Through hands-on activities like painting, drawing, and crafting, your child will not only develop creative skills but also begin to learn French vocabulary related to colors, shapes, and artistic concepts. These sessions are interactive and require active participation from at least one adult, ensuring a meaningful experience for both you and your little one. No previous knowledge of French is needed—just an openness to learn, have fun, and create together.

Meet your teacher

 

Sacha Walt is an alumni of the Lycée Francais de Chicago and a pre-school assistant teacher at Francis W Parker. Working closely with children, Sacha has witnessed the incredible impact that early exposure to language and creativity can have. A proud graduate of New York University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sacha is also currently applying to graduate school for Early Childhood Education to deepen her understanding of how young children learn and grow. She is excited to bring her passion for both education and French language to LFC extra’s Mini Club programs.
