Step into the world of Capoeira, a vibrant Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends movement, music, acrobatics, and self-defense into one exciting experience. With roots over 500 years old, Capoeira is more than just a physical activity! It's a celebration of culture, rhythm, and resilience, now practiced by millions across the globe.

 

This after-school program is designed for students in Grades 1–5 and welcomes every body type and ability level. Through playful kicks, dodges, jumps, and partner games, students will develop coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility—all while building confidence and self-esteem!

 

Classes are high-energy and filled with music, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and mutual respect. Each session is an opportunity for kids to express themselves, connect with a rich cultural tradition, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment.
