Synopsis

This musical is based on the beloved five-time Oscar®-nominated film. Amélie is an extraordinary young woman who lives quietly in the world, but loudly in her mind. She covertly improvises small, but surprising acts of kindness that bring joy to those around her. But when a chance at love comes her way, Amélie realizes that to find happiness she’ll have to risk everything and say what’s in her heart. Come be inspired by this imaginative dreamer who finds her voice, discovers the power of connection and sees possibility around every corner. In these uncertain times, Amélie is someone to believe in.

Our cast knows it... The show must go on

The adventure that started with Les Misérables in 2017, The Sound of Music in 2018, and Into the Woods in 2019 was abruptly interrupted in 2020 when we had to cancel our production of Fiddler on the roof. Yet, this extraordinary group of students kept the shows running, creating and filming their own story last year, and participating earlier this year in All Together Now, a worldwide event celebrating the resilience of  theater and artists in general.

Our after school cast is now back for the first time since 2019 with a live production in front of a real audience, and it is our biggest wish that you will come see their show and congratulate them for their dedication. And for those of you wo cannot make it to the play, you can also watch our Saturday shows at home by purchasing a live stream access pass.

The show is going on! Break a leg!
