This 80-minute class is designed for young chefs ready to take their culinary skills to the next level. Here, 4th and 5th graders will dive into more complex techniques and exciting recipes that push the boundaries of their cooking experience. Students will learn more advanced skills such as knife techniques and the art of balancing flavors.

Throughout the course, students will work on both individual and group projects, honing their teamwork and leadership skills in the kitchen. We’ll also emphasize the importance of kitchen safety, organization, and time management.

By the end of this class, young chefs will have mastered a range of cooking techniques and work with a variety of ingredients, preparing them for even greater culinary challenges ahead. Join us for a journey of creativity, skill-building, and delicious discoveries!
