Grade 6 students may choose either level, regardless of prior experience; however, priority will be given to returning students from Session 1.

Discover the rich and diverse world of French and international cuisines in this in-depth and hands-on cooking workshop, led in French. Each week, students will create a different dish, increasing in complexity throughout the session. In addition to developing their technical skills, students will also enjoy exploring the cultural, social and historical themes of the foods they prepare. Come discover the joy of cooking in this 90-minute workshop!

Level 2 students will continue skills introduced during Session 1 and discover more complex recipes, and even enjoy a special session in a professional kitchen at a famous Chicago restaurant!
