Have fun with flavors and food as we discover the basics of cooking and the art of dégustation. Students will enjoy hands-on cooking fun with fun and easy recipes each week. They will explore different types of foods - fruits and vegetables, grains and proteins - and how tasty balanced meals can be! From sweet versus sour taste tests and more, students will learn the basics of cooking and an appreciation for food. Bon appétit!
